DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All Southern Soapers fragrances ship in amber glass bottles by weight or safe fill levels. UPS Ground is Southern Soapers® carrier's of choice. We offer 'real time' shipping rates based on your destination zip code from our VA facility. Since UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, please always provide an accurate street address. All shipping rates shown in checkout include insurance for the full purchase price of your order. Southern Soapers does not offer any expedited shipping modes, as most of our products do not meet DOT regulations for air shipment. Southern Soapers does not offer any local order pick up options at this time. NOTE: To maintain quick order  turnaround, Southern Soapers is not open for local pickup or walk in orders.

The US Department of Transportation classifies fragrance oils, essential oils, and flavor oils as Flammable and Combustible liquids and strictly enforces the regulations regarding their shipment. Fragrance oils, essential oils , and flavor oils with flashpoints between 100 - 200 degrees can not ship by USPS Priority, USPS First Class, or by any expedited modes of Air transportationIf you have additional questions you can contact the PCSC at 1-212-330-5300 and ask them for assistance in understanding the USPS Postal Regulations for legally shipping Flammable & Combustible Liquids.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Southern Soapers Fragrances ships to international destinations. USPS Priority can be used internationally if ALL fragrance oil selections are designated with flashpoints greater than 200 degrees, with the exception of Canada*. UPS can be used for any flashpoint if service is offered to your destination. All Broker fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Note for Canadian Customers: Flammable liquids 212 degrees or less cannot move within the Canada Post mail system. Canada Post is governed by Transport Canada, whose regulations state that only flammable liquids with flashpoints over 212 degrees can ship unrestricted. Please select UPS Canada Standard as your shipping method if you live in Canada and are ordering our fragrance oils, essential oils, or flavor oils. Southern Soapers will not violate Transport Canada shipping regulations.

ORDER TURNAROUND

Please allow appropriate lead time when ordering supplies for your business. Average order processing time is 1-3 days. During the Holiday season, September to December, expect 2 to 5 business days to process orders. This does not include shipping time to you. Southern Soapers does not process orders on the weekend or holidays. 

HOLIDAY CLOSURE DATES FOR 2009
Southern Soapers webstore will be open to accept online orders during the following dates. Shipment of orders placed during these periods will resume on the dates listed below.

April 2 - 4, 2010 -  shipping resumes Monday, April 5, 2010 (Good Friday & Easter)
Apr 28 - May 3, 2010 -  shipping resumes Monday, Tuesday May 4, 2010 (HSMG Convention)
Nov 18 - 21, 2010 -  shipping resumes Monday, November 22, 2010 (Thanksgiving)
Dec 23 - 26, 2010 -  shipping resumes Monday, December 27, 2010 (Christmas)
Dec 31 - Jan 5, 2011 - shipping resumes Thursday, January 6, 2011 (New Years & EOY Inventory)

MINIMUM PURCHASE
Southern Soapers Fragrances does not have a Minimum Purchase requirement. You may place any size order you need, large or small. However, there is a Low Order Fee of $3.00 for all orders totaling less than $10.00 in product.

RETURN
POLICY
All sales are final. We want you to be happy, so please ask any questions before ordering to insure your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, no returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted. 

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 business days so we can make a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents. You must follow shipper’s guidelines for reporting suspected damage or we will not be able to honor reimbursement or replacement of damaged goods. Please call or email us if your order arrives incomplete or if you received an incorrect item.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES, NON-DELIVERABLE, or REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Please make certain that the shipping address you provide is correct.  If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges.  If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional fees. UPS will charge $10.00 for even the smallest address corrections.  We will in turn pass this charge to you.  Packages returned to us marked ‘Refused’, ‘Unclaimed’, or ‘Invalid Address’ will be credited back to the customers credit card, less a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping costs.
